Application Practice of Intelligent Construction Technology in Concrete Structure Building Projects

This paper introduces the practical application of intelligent construction technology in concrete structure building projects in Changsha. The current situation of intelligent construction technology in this field is analyzed, and the overall architecture, functional modules, and data integration and sharing scheme of the hierarchical intelligent construction system established in Changsha are elaborated. The technical implementation of the system in on-site data collection and transmission, cloud data processing and analysis, and intelligent application systems are emphasized. Finally, taking the example of the Wanda Golden Street project in Changsha, the application of intelligent construction technology in processes such as concrete pouring and rebar tying is detailed, and the significant benefits in terms of quality and safety, construction efficiency, and management level are analyzed. The study shows that intelligent construction technology provides valuable exploration for the transformation of real estate enterprises towards refined and intelligent construction.
