摘要

The aerospace system is composed of multiple subsystems or equipment, and system requirement analysis, scalability design, and data consistency are particularly important for collaborative product functionality. This article proposes a Scene-Based Flow-Driven Model Design (SFMD) method, which faces user needs from a global perspective by both scene and flow dimensions. Based on the activity diagram of the application scene, it analyzes the energy flow, information flow, and material flow from the outside to the inside, achieving multi-level tracking from system-subsystem-single machine, and providing a more comprehensive analysis of the system, to provide a visual and easily understandable sole basis for each stage of product development. The SFMD model design has been successfully applied to the requirement analysis and design implementation of complex experimental systems such as space station fluid rack, two-phase rack, and online maintenance rack, reducing the number of iterations in the development process, improving research and development efficiency, and reducing costs. At the same time, it provides sufficient and intuitive basis for the development of digital products.
