Research on Accounting Informatization Construction Mode of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Cloud Computing Environment

This paper aims to investigate the framework for implementing accounting informatization in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the context of cloud computing. It analyzes the factors influencing this framework and the decision-making criteria. Through a combination of literature review and empirical research, the study contrasts and evaluates the traditional approach with the cloud computing-based model. The findings indicate that the cloud computing-based model offers significant advantages in terms of cost efficiency, flexibility, and scalability compared to traditional methods. The paper further analyzes the influencing factors of SMEs' choice of accounting informatization construction mode, including cost, safety, stability, flexibility, expansibility, technical ability and human resources, and puts forward the corresponding decision-making basis. Furthermore, the paper explores the practical application of SMEs in adopting cloud computing for accounting informatization through case analysis and investigation. It provides insights and recommendations based on these findings. Finally, the paper outlines future research directions and suggests enhancing studies on the evolving trends in SMEs' accounting informatization, cloud computing security, and privacy protection. The aim is to foster sustainable development in SMEs' accounting informatization, offering guidance and references for enhancing their informatization levels and competitiveness in the cloud computing environment.
