Application and Analysis of Intelligent Equipment in Tobacco Technology

With the continuous progress of science and technology, the application of intelligent equipment in tobacco technology has become an important way to improve production efficiency, optimize product quality and reduce costs. This paper discusses the application effect and advantages of intelligent equipment in tobacco technology, and verifies the performance of AIMB-2205 industrial computer and automatic cigarette maker in production efficiency, product quality and material loss through experiments. The research shows that compared with traditional equipment, intelligent equipment has significantly improved the production efficiency. The performance of automatic cigarette machine is particularly outstanding, and its production efficiency is as high as 1500 cigarettes/hour, far exceeding the traditional equipment and AIMB-2205 industrial computer. In addition, intelligent equipment also shows significant advantages in improving product quality. The cigarette taste score produced by automatic cigarette maker is the highest, which is 8.8 points, indicating that its product quality is better. At the same time, intelligent equipment is excellent in reducing material loss, and the material loss rate of automatic cigarette maker is the lowest, only 4%, which shows its excellent performance in material utilization. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper further reveals the positive effects of equipment speed, accuracy and stability on production efficiency and product quality, as well as the possible negative effects of rising operating temperature on them. These findings provide powerful data support for optimizing the parameter setting of intelligent equipment, and help enterprises to achieve more efficient production and better product output.
