Application and Evaluation of Blended Courses Based on AI Technology in Design Specialty Teaching

This paper studies the application and evaluation of blended courses based on AI technology in the teaching of design specialty. The research points out that the introduction of AI technology has brought new vitality to traditional teaching methods, making personalized teaching and efficient learning possible. The blended teaching mode combines the advantages of online and offline teaching, which enables students to arrange their study time more flexibly and provides teachers with more teaching means. In the teaching of design specialty, the application of blended teaching mode is particularly important, because it can help students better understand and master design theory and improve their practical skills. The research verified the remarkable effect of the blended curriculum design based on AI technology in the teaching of design specialty through experiments, and students showed positive changes in mastering knowledge, improving skills, learning attitude, teamwork and communication skills. This teaching mode not only helps to cultivate students’ innovative thinking and problem-solving ability, but also lays a solid foundation for their future career development. Therefore, it is suggested that the hybrid curriculum design based on AI technology should be further popularized and applied in future teaching practice.
