Intelligent Analysis and Management Platform for Manufacturing Enterprise Product Data Based on Cloud Computing

This study will enhance production efficiency and product quality for the manufacturing industry and will significantly reduce maintenance costs through the development and construction of a product data cloud computing intelligent analysis and management platform for manufacturing enterprises. This paper reviews the current application status of cloud computing in manufacturing. Second, design of the functions and architecture of the system is carried out based on the analysis of the user demand. The platform, designedly, uses the large-scale production data processing and analysis technology and methods of data mining, machine learning, and big data technology. Case study results show that after the platform implementation, such indicators as production efficiency and product quality qualification rate have been improved significantly and the maintenance cost has also been effectively controlled.
