Research and Design of Intelligent Housing Structure Safety Monitoring and Early Warning System Based on BIM + GIS + IoT

摘要

With the continuous development of the times, the technology in the field of housing construction is constantly improving, and the safety performance of the housing structure is related to the quality and efficiency of the housing, and even threatens the safety of people’s lives and properties, so the information management of the safety of the housing structure is urgent. However, at present, China’s housing structure safety hazard system is still in the development and exploration stage, and there are still problems such as lagging information technology, low efficiency, and narrow scope of data involved. To address such problems, this paper combines the demand for structural safety monitoring of old houses, and researches and designs a smart house structural safety monitoring and early warning system based on a new generation of information technology, such as GIS, BIM, IoT, etc., from the three aspects of professional investigation and identification, risk assessment and technicality analysis, to achieve real-time dynamic monitoring of houses, realize normalised and dynamic risk management of house safety and to monitoring and early warning. By analysing the various structures and data of the house, the actual situation of the quality of the house is obtained, so that the problems of the safety of the house can be quickly found and effective measures can be taken. In addition, the system can provide various information in a more timely, comprehensive and fine manner, assisting managers in making scientific and reasonable decisions, which is conducive to guaranteeing the smooth implementation of monitoring engineering projects, promoting the further development of the relevant industries, and promoting the process of high-quality development of urban and rural construction.
