Optimization Algorithm for Rural New Public Cultural Space Governance Structure Based on Complex Network Analysis

The purpose of this study is to optimize the governance structure of rural public cultural space and improve its service efficiency. Through field investigation and data collection, the present situation and problems of governance structure are revealed. Based on complex network analysis, the network model of rural public cultural space is constructed, and the corresponding optimization algorithm is proposed. The simulation results show that the optimization algorithm has made significant improvements in many key indicators of the governance structure of rural public cultural space. Among them, the average path length decreased by 28.9%, the clustering coefficient increased by 20.0%, the betweenness and the degree of key nodes increased by 50.0% respectively, the size of the largest connected subgraph increased by 12.5%, the network efficiency increased by 13.3%, the resource allocation efficiency increased by 23.1%, and the load balance index decreased by 20.0%. This shows that the algorithm can significantly improve the key indicators in the governance structure and verify its effectiveness. This study not only provides new theoretical support and practical guidance for the revitalization of rural culture, but also provides useful reference for the optimization of governance structure in other fields.
