Application of Big Data in Statistical Analysis of Urban and Rural Planning Data

The accelerated urbanization process has shown a bipolar trend for the spatial layout of China's cities, with overcrowded central areas and relatively scattered spaces outside the city, leading to a general decline in the greening rate of urban areas and poor quality of the human living environment. The many difficulties brought about by urbanization development are related to the lack of reasonable spatial layout in urban planning theory and research. For this reason, this paper further optimizes the statistical analysis of urban and rural planning data based on big data, and proposes positive countermeasures and suggestions on urban layout to explore the future layout and development planning of cities. The planning is mainly based on indicators such as resource and environment carrying capacity, existing development density and development potential. With the help of big data, the functional positioning and planning of urban and rural areas can be better optimized.
