Quality of Work Life of Workers of 3 Labor Centers in the State of Sonora Through Organizational Management

The quality of working life has become a very relevant issue in today's organizations; this improves the retention and productivity of workers. This research aims to identify the quality of working life of three different labor centers, two public universities, and one private university in Sonora, Mexico, and visualize the relationship with organizational management. To do this, a questionnaire was done to 332 people. Among the main results, it was possible to visualize the mean organizational management score was 4.16, organizational performance 4.17, and quality of working life 3.96 (based on a maximum of 5 scales). Also, it can be concluded that disaggregated-level public universities have a better quality of life than private universities because the employment benefits, such as vacation days, are higher.
