Motivation as an Essential Factor in Organizational Behavior

Employees are motivated through recognition for their performance and by receiving an appropriate salary for their duties. This is particularly true in the case of workers who are highly interested in their work and who find satisfaction in their achievements, contributing to the formation of effective organizational behavior. Most employees consider the use of personal and social recognition to be highly motivating. For the employee, recognition means that importance is attached to him. What good is it for the employee to do something special, if no one notices it and it doesn't seem to make any difference? The objective of this work was to analyze the degree of influence that motivation has as an essential factor in the development of the organizational behavior of the company that sells prepared seafood. It was developed with a qualitative research methodology, using the inductive method with a correlational scope. The instrument techniques used to obtain the information were the survey, interview and observation. A questionnaire was applied to 34 employees and the company manager was interviewed. It is concluded that the results obtained allowed the company to identify the motivational factors that lead to adequate organizational behavior of the company that sells prepared seafood under study.
