The Social Impact of Accomplishment with the Principle of Due Process in the Delivery of Criminal Justice in Mexico

摘要

In the criminal process, various characteristics and principles are established, of which the principle of due process stands out since, due to the legislative adjustments, it has become a milestone of social justice, it has gained greater relevance as the legal systems and social awareness about it. Compliance with this principle has become more relevant since it transcends for real social justice. To measure the social impact of compliance with the principle of Due Process in the Justice System in Mexico, in the present investigation, a mixed methodology known as DEXPLOS was applied, obtaining revealing results that can be applied for future measurements of stipulated procedural principles in the national and international legislature.
