The Evolution of Soft Computing: Industry 5.0 and Its Challenges

Soft computing has emerged as a pivotal field in computer science, focusing on algorithms and models inspired by human reasoning for handling complex and uncertain information. Computing has advanced significantly from Industry 1.0 to Industry 5.0, especially with the initiation of soft computing. Industry 5.0 represents an ideal transformation in the industrial environment with its individualized experiences, autonomous systems, and contemporary technologies. However, for adoption and deployment to be effective, this new era also presents important problems that need to be addressed. As a result, this study explains evolutionary classification and elucidates the several phenomenal points that require our attention. This provides us with a quick summary of the difficulties Industry 5.0 faces.
