Court Reform
摘要
The Supreme Court’s October 2023 term took place amid calls for Court reform at a level not seen for a generation or more. Such calls are an episodic but recurring feature of the Court’s history. Focusing on various proposals to reform the Court, this chapter places contemporary calls in historical context. In addition to looking at historical parallels and lessons, we also bring public opinion data to bear where possible to investigate public perceptions of the various reform attempts.
