摘要

This research compares the results of mechanical stresses and deformations between the Hypermesh and Simsolid software in 0 \(^{\circ }\) , 45 \(^{\circ }\) , and 90 \(^{\circ }\) degrees of rotation that are carried out on elements of a tilting-type elevator for vehicles up to 1.4 tons. The results obtained in HyperWorks showed the critical working position when the vehicle rotated 90 \(^{\circ }\) since a Von Mises stress of 107.5 MPa is generated on the sliding axle tube, considering the A36 as steel construction material. The percentage of variation between the values obtained between HyperWorks and Simsolid was quantified, the difference was 15.1%, percentages that are considered acceptable and allow verifying that the structural design of the equipment is adequate.
