Instrument to Measure the Quality of a Virtual Heritage Tour “The Puruchuco Palace”–Lima, Perú

One of the main uses of a virtual heritage is a virtual tour, to explore and experience the cultural heritage without being physically present. Measurement of the quality of a virtual heritage tour is subjective and cannot be measured directly. The aim of this document is to describe the instrument proposed to measure the quality of the tour of the virtual heritage “The Puruchuco Palace”, located in Lima, Peru. The method used involves a literature review, dimension identification, instrument validation, and its application. Results obtained have served to know the perception of the quality of the initial and main activities carried out by the visitor of the virtual heritage.
