摘要

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has become increasingly popular in recent years. This article presents a systematic review of articles related to the application of AI in education, focusing on network management and information technology. The study followed the established Kitchenham methodology for systematic reviews, including the identification of relevant articles based on established criteria and covers the review of 30 articles published between the years 2016 and 2023. The results of the study showed that AI has significant potential to improve the quality of education by providing personalized learning experiences, improving student assessment, and facilitating curriculum design. However, ethical implications, such as data privacy and algorithmic bias, should be carefully considered in the application of AI in education. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the benefits and ethical implications of AI in education and underscores the need for further research in this area to ensure that AI is used responsibly and effectively to improve the quality of education.
