摘要

In the era of digital information, data security is a primary concern for both individuals and organizations. Data breaches are common but USB data transfers can potentially contribute to them. To address this significant security concern, this study proposes a complete USB Data Transfer Security System to protect critical data during USB file transfers. Robust security features like user authentication and real-time monitoring enables the protection against the risks associated with unauthorized data exfiltration. The primary objective of the proposed technology is to safeguard data during USB file transfers, particularly in professional environments, where the exposure of sensitive data might have disastrous consequences. The proposed system monitors USB operations and only enables authorized users to access data from the computer. The proposed technology operates in real-time, so any security flaws can be fixed immediately by significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized data access and exfiltration.
