Training for Interfamily Group Facilitators
摘要
Training as a facilitator of multifamily groups requires certain prerequisites in the person, which include his or her capacity for bonding and dialogue. On this basis, the authors analyse the theoretical and experiential training aspects that the facilitator must carry out before embarking on interfamily facilitation and reflect on the possibility of experienced users in the group (identified patients, patients’ families, etc.) to be trained as interfamily facilitators. The role of the reflective post-group is emphasised as a privileged space in the training and supervision of the facilitator.
