Multifamily Groups Open to the Broader Community

The concept of community multifamily group is introduced, referring to those groups that are open to all members of the community without any type of restriction. Its specific characteristics are analysed and, subsequently, the experiences of community multifamily groups in the Centre de Teràpia Interfamiliar (CTI) and the Asociación Salut Mental (ASM) in Elche (Spain) as well as other similar groups in other Spanish localities are described.
