3D Design Making of Eco-friendly Toys
摘要
The demand for eco-friendly toys has been growing rapidly, and 3D printing technology offers a promising solution to address this need. This project aims to explore the use of 3D printing technology to create eco-friendly toys using three different filaments—PLA, ABS and wood-based filament. The study compares the properties and characteristics of these filaments, including strength, durability, environmental impact and printing parameters. In addition to the investigation of the filaments, this project highlights the use of 3D designing tools for 3D printing. These tools are essential for creating 3D models that can be printed using 3D printing technology. The project uses various 3D designing tools, such as Tinker cad, Fusion 360 and SketchUp, to create 3D models of eco-friendly toys. The need for this project arises from the increasing concern about plastic waste and the environmental impact of plastic toys. The project seeks to explore the potential of 3D printing technology in creating eco-friendly toys using filaments that are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. The project’s findings can guide designers and manufacturers in selecting the appropriate filament for their eco-friendly toy projects. Overall, this project showcases the potential of 3D printing technology in creating eco-friendly toys and highlights the importance of using sustainable materials in toy production. The use of 3D designing tools in the project underscores the importance of digital modeling in the 3D printing process.
