One of the main concerns in the automotive belt manufacturing sector is finding the ideal drying time to increase belt production to 29% without sacrificing quality. This research uses the Taguchi method to optimize the cure time of cogged belts. The three ideal parameters—curing duration, external curing pressure, and outer sleeve thickness—are taken into account when experimenting with the cogged belt manufacturing process. Investigating each controllable factor’s percentage contribution is done using Taguchi and ANOVA. Having an 85.57% percentage contribution to breaking strength, the external curing pressure was the most significant of the three convenient parameters on the curing condition. By employing an optimization tool, this experimental investigation confirms how crucial it is to attain the ideal curing time without sacrificing belt quality. To assess the belt’s lifespan, an endurance test was conducted.
