A Proposed Framework for Exploring the Relationship Between Workplace Spirituality and Innovative Work Behavior
摘要
The main objective of this study is to analyze existing literature to develop a framework, for workplace spirituality. By utilizing social capital theory and social influence theory we aim to gain an understanding of the relationship between workplace spirituality and employees’ willingness to share knowledge. Our goal is also to enhance knowledge-sharing behavior among employees. This chapter provides a review of how workplace spirituality, knowledge-sharing behavior, social capital, and social influence are interconnected and contribute to innovative work behavior. The review suggests that workplace spirituality can have an impact on knowledge-sharing behavior by fostering trust and building a sense of community among employees. Furthermore, social capital and social influence play roles in shaping knowledge-sharing behavior. The proposed framework underscores the significance of considering the interplay between these factors in promoting knowledge sharing, among employees, which ultimately leads to work behavior. The development of this framework will be based on an examination of existing literature.
