The focus of this research is on how teachers’ spirituality at work affects their social capital. The study utilized an empirical research approach and surveyed a sample of teachers working in schools to determine the influence of workplace spirituality (WPS) on the growth of social capital. The study’s findings demonstrated a strong association between spirituality in the job and social capital among school teachers. The findings of the study also imply that spirituality in the workplace has a favorable effect on the development of social capital among school teachers, which can eventually contribute to the success of the education sector. This study concludes that incorporating workplace spirituality in education sector can play a significant role in promoting social capital and ultimately benefiting the overall performance and success of the organization by providing quality education.
