Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
摘要
Successful implementation of AI in radiology requires the engagement of a multitude of stakeholders who represent a variety of roles and disciplines, both clinical and non-clinical. This chapter reviews which stakeholders should be involved, how governance should be structured for AI adoption and ongoing monitoring, communication strategies for effectively leading change, and resources to educate stakeholders of various backgrounds about AI.
