Logical Based Enhanced Estimation Algorithm for a Nonlinear Process

An algorithm called Enhanced Estimation Algorithm based on logic is put forward for a nonlinear process. An analysis is carried out on a conical tank level control process with a non-linear structure. This study involves acquiring proportional plus integral (PI) controller gain values through a Genetic Algorithm (GA). This is done by referring to several local linear process models. Subsequently, the control outputs from these multiple local linear PI controllers are employed to regulate the fluid level in a nonlinear process tank to the desired set value. Further, to fine-tune the closed-loop response to reduce the rise time and settling time Logical Based Enhanced Estimation Algorithm (LEEA) method is applied. The effectiveness of the recommended LEEA control method was demonstrated using the Conical Tank Level (CTL) procedure. By doing evaluations for both servo and load change scenarios, this was accomplished. The outcomes show that the LEEA-achieved closed-loop response is superior to the PI control-based GA response.
