The Role of Ethnic Work of the Political System in Vietnam in the Economy and Society of Ethnic Minority Communities

Ethnic work has always been of interest to the whole political system in recent years, the State has had many policy directions, and the implementation of ethnic policy has always been the frequent task of both the political system and all people’s classes. The quality and effectiveness of ethnic work of the entire political system has gradually come into life, and minority people have more conditions and opportunities to develop their internal resources to exploit their potential and strengths, improve material and spiritual life, and ensure sustainable development. To assess the role of ethnic work in the political system for socio-economic development of ethnic minority communities, the criteria were developed for evaluation of ethnic quality and effectiveness on which to conduct a sociological survey to assess the impact of this process.
