On Tuesday morning I went to see prosecutor Fernandez, who resides in an office that had been set up in an old ice-cream factory in the Parque Patricios neighborhood. Fernandez welcomed me into his small and tidy office and ordered the secretary to bring coffee for both of us. Before he even gave me a chance to introduce myself Fernandez explained the unconventional location of his office: “Look, we are one of these relics of an unaccomplished reform.
