Research on Bending Load Localization Method for Composite Laminates Based on Flexible Sensors
摘要
In order to address the problem of load positioning in the service process of composite laminates, flexible bending sensors are pasted on the surface of carbon fibre composites, used to measure the bending angle of carbon fibre composites subjected to load deformation, and through the establishment of a theoretical model of the bending angle and the load size and loading position, the loading position of the carbon fibre composites has been achieved to provide a methodology and technological support for the positioning of composite materials loaded in the service process. Under the bending load of composite laminates, the bending angle of both ends of the flexible bending sensor is used to calculate and reason out the loading position of the composite material, and the error between the experimental data and the theoretical calculation value is compared. The results show that the maximum error between the bending angle value measured by the flexible bending sensor and the theoretical calculation is not more than 9.42%, and the maximum error of the load position is not more than 5.08%, so it is feasible to use the flexible bending sensors to study the position of the composite material bending load applied.
