Digital Adoption by Teachers in Moroccan Public Institutions: An Analysis of Key Adoption Factors

In todays changing world driven by the digital revolution Moroccan public institutions face a challenge; effectively incorporating digital technologies into the education system. This shift not offers ways for students to learn by rethinking traditional teaching methods but also underscores the significance of promoting engagement, interaction and personalized learning experiences. However, within these opportunities are obstacles to overcome. This article explores the factors influencing the adoption of tools among educators in Moroccan public institutions. Through this research we aim to make a contribution by unraveling the dynamics of technology integration in this context. Our objective is to identify the drivers and barriers shaping this adoption process thus enhancing teachers preparedness for the age and creating an environment that better meets the needs of Moroccan students in the 21st century. Additionally this study seeks to initiate discussions and initiatives focused on improving education practices in Moroccan public schools. By conducting data analysis and involving stakeholders we aspire to instigate transformations, in Moroccos educational landscape.
