A Comparison Between Two Radio Sources Observation of 3C 348 and 3C 433 Using BURT

This study is focused to hold a comparison for the stability of the recorded radio data. This data is obtained by the observations of the two radio sources (3C 348 and 3C 433) using Baghdad University Radio Telescope (BURT). The coordinates positions of the observed sources 3C 433 and 3C 348 are (RA: 21h 23m 44.534s, DE: 250 04m 11.88s), (RA: 16h 51m 08.147s, DE: 040 59m 33.32s) respectively. These positions are suitable for radio observation from Baghdad city by BURT. The observations were spent approximately two months (January, June) from (2023/01/10 until 2023/06/01), with different time periods. The results showed that the more stable of the maximum recorded signal is obtained with the long time period of the observations. A curve fitting is implemented on the result to investigate the behavior of stability of the maximum signal with time observation. Statistical calculations are done to found the best behavior of the recorded signal stability. Finally, the behavior stability of the recorded maximum signal is found to be a linear.
