Factors Influencing Healthcare Professionals’ Satisfaction with the Use of Teleconsultation: The Case of Al Haouz Provincial Hospital

E-health, including teleconsultation, offers opportunities to improve patient care in terms of accessibility, efficiency and quality. The aim of this study was to determine the factors influencing healthcare professionals’ satisfaction with the use of teleconsultation. To this end, a questionnaire was distributed online to healthcare professionals participating in teleconsultation at the Al Haouz Hospital. Analysis of the variables quality of service, quality of information and quality of the system, showed that 47.7% of respondents expressed a high level of satisfaction, while 53.3% of respondents expressed an average level of satisfaction with the use of teleconsultation. However, there was no significant influence of healthcare professionals’ characteristics on their satisfaction with teleconsultation.
