摘要

Digitalization is being used more and more in the service industry, which is leading the way in the digital revolution. Among the major participants in this shift, financial institutions are notable for their extensive use of technology. Nevertheless, the risks of computer malfunctions are greater in credit institutions than in other industries, even with all the benefits these instruments have to offer. This study looks at how digitization has affected the state of human resources in Morocco's banking industry. A quantitative strategy was used for this investigation, emphasizing detailed descriptive statistical analyses. There were 345 questionnaires distributed in total; 228 of those were collected and used in the study. The findings demonstrate that banking personnel are at risk for health issues due to excessive technology use. Moreover, important technological hazards in Moroccan banks include system failures, slow networks, and disruptions in connectivity, all of which have a substantial negative impact on the mental health of human resources at their workplace. This study emphasizes how important it is for banking organizations to create practical plans to control these hazards and protect the health of their staff members.
