Nonlinear Control of a Bidirectional DC-DC Power Converter in V2H Applications

摘要

The modelling and control of a reversible DC-to-DC energy converter for an electric vehicle-to-home (V2H) converter is the contribution of this work. The investigated power converter is a non-isolated single-stage structure connecting an electric vehicle's DC-driven high-voltage battery link. Initially, we developed a mathematical model for the system under study. Then, a controller that is not linear with double objectives is designed utilizing the backstepping technique: (i) adjusting the direct current (DC) link voltage as well as(ii) controlling the emptying of the battery (CC-CV controlling Ibat or SOC control). We have performed numerical simulations to evaluate the efficacy of the suggested command laws.
