Hybrid Cryptography Based on Constellations: Cassiopeia

摘要

Data protection has become the top priority for all organizations and businesses, given the evolution of information systems and the new challenges imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Remote access represents a tangible solution for all companies to mitigate the impact and sustain their growth. Nevertheless, many companies have experienced security breaches as a result of remote access. Today, it is imperative to initiate a revolution in securing networks and information systems and to foster innovation in cryptography, as it is the fundamental mechanism for safeguarding information. This document serves as a presentation of the Cassiopeia encryption method, which is based on the ‘Cassiopeia’ constellation, comprising five stars from the northern sky. We will leverage this constellation to develop a hybrid algorithm capable of ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity.
