Image Encryption Using Hill Cipher Under a Chaotic Vector's Control

The innovative approach in this study for image encryption focuses on advancing Hill's technique by incorporating a pseudo-random binary vector. The process includes transforming the original image through a vector transition, followed by dividing the image into blocks of three pixels each. To enhance confusion, an invertible matrix, multiple pseudo-random vectors, and an affine transformation are utilized. Moreover, diffusion is attained by introducing a distinct random lattice that doesn't necessarily have to be invertible, thereby fortifying the method against differential attacks. Comprehensive simulations performed on numerous images showcase the outstanding security performance of our algorithm.
