The University and Territorial Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

University education is receiving increasing attention in most developed and developing societies, as it is a strategic asset that nourishes society with all its human resources it needs to cope with the developmental burdens in various areas of life. Countries around the world are focusing on higher education institutions because their outcomes are the main driver of economic and social sectors. Training an educated person capable of participating effectively in the delivery of development programs is the path to global competition, especially with the increasing intensity of competition for the human capital-based knowledge economy. Many researchers have pointed out that entrepreneurship in higher education institutions in the modern era has become an urgent necessity due to its significant contribution to supporting and achieving sustainable competitive advantages. In this sense, the main objective of this intervention is to highlight the role of the university in creating real dynamism in order to advance the pace of business and create businesses. the proposed intervention will include an analytical and statistical study in order to identify the imbalances and problems that prevent the Moroccan university from playing its effective role in educating young people on the issue of the role of entrepreneurship in people's lives. Likewise, studying through a questionnaire will allow me to extract a set of ideas and opinions that can help create an atmosphere conducive to entrepreneurship.
