The Digitalization of the Moroccan Administration and Its Impact on Performance: A Case Study of the Customs and Excise Administration

This study analyzes how the Moroccan Customs and Excise Administration performs in light of digitization. This study intends to demonstrate how digitalization improves administrative procedures and service quality by looking at the integration of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and the ensuing structural changes. A substantial positive link between digitalization and the performance of the Customs and Excise Administration, which was demonstrated by structural changes, was discovered through an empirical analysis based on a sample of 212 people. These results highlight the vital role that ICTs play in enhancing administrative effectiveness and creating an atmosphere that is conducive to investment.
