Potentials of Digitalized and AI Enhanced Educational Broadcasting

Educational broadcasting in the twenty-first century is assuming new meanings, contents, dimensions, approaches and benefits. This chapter provides insight into the potentials of a digitalized and artificial intelligence-enabled educational broadcasting. Concepts and new trends of broadcasting, educational broadcasting, artificial intelligence, and digitization were discussed in detail. It also considered the importance of AI technologies in educational broadcasting and reviewed the advantages and challenges of digitization as it affects educational broadcasting. In conclusion, the chapter is of the opinion that digitalization of educational broadcasting in an AI-enabled academic environment is a necessity.
