Future Directions in Bladder Cancer Research and Clinical Implications

This chapter discusses how the understanding of bladder cancer biology and the search for appropriate biomarkers has changed with the development of new omics tools and assays. It discusses where current understanding is most likely to have impact in the clinic and highlights remaining key questions and challenges for future research.
