Choroid tumors benign, and malignant tumors, choroidal melanoma 85% of uveal melanoma is the primary intraocular tumor, the must common in adult with variable evolution (extension in the orbit, blood metastasis in the liver, lung, CNS). Treatment: brachytherapy, external radiotherapy, enucleation, exenteration, chemotherapy. Tumors of the retina and optic nerve: congenital tumors (hemangioma), phacomatosis. Retinal malignant tumors are retinoblastoma, primitive intraocular malignant tumor most common in children detected by leukocoria, strabismus, exophtalmie, secondary glaucoma, uveitis, and laid to distant metastasis with intracranial hypertension. Treatment: long section, enucleations of optic nerve (more than 5 mm), external radiotherapy, brachie, cryotherapy, chemotherapy in metastatic tumors.
