Papillary stasis is the non inflammatory papillary edema of the head, ON produced by intracranial pressure rise. Toxic, metabolic, nutritional, optic, neuropathy. Optic atrophy is an irreversible degeneration of the pregeniculate fascicole of the ON with VA decrease major.
