摘要

Papillary stasis is the non inflammatory papillary edema of the head, ON produced by intracranial pressure rise. The causes of stasis are: posterior cerebral fossa tumor, meningitis, encephalitis, cavernous sinus, thrombosis. Treatment is neurosurgical immediate. Pappillytis infectious inflammatory, in which the optic disc is affected with present edema. Retrobulbar nevritis RBN in which the lesion is located along ON with papillary edema present in 35%. RBN is present in demyelinating affection in SM. Ischemic optic neuropathy is anterior, after etiology this is arteritic Horton disease and nonarteritic neuropathy. Immune mediate inflammatory optic neuropathy in: Behcet, Voght Koyanagi Harada, Infectious optic neuropathy may be associated with bacterial infection (TBC, Whipple, Lyme), viral disease (CMV, ARN, PORN), in systemic disease sarcoidosis, Wegener. Toxic, metabolic, nutritional, optic, neuropathy. Optic atrophy is an irreversible degeneration of the pregeniculate fascicole of the ON with VA decrease major.
