Ophtalmological Pathology and Management in Eye Disease: non Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) Pathology
摘要
Inflammatory macular disease are Central serous chorioretinitis (CSR), serpiginous choroiditis, Birdshot retinochoroiditis. Macular hole can be: idiopatic 80%, secondary in myopia with posterior staphyloma posttraumatic, postoperator (Diabetic retinopathy). Degenerative myopia has ocular posterior staphyloma, rupture of Bruch membrane, cataract, glaucoma, corioretinal artrophy, Foerster Fuchs spot macular hemorrhage, retinal holes, neovascularisation. Angioid streacks is recessive hereditary degenerative of the Bruch membrane with rupture of the elastic layer, with reserved prognosis. Macular edema is present in: retinopathy diabetic, malignant hypertension, Central retinal Vein Obstruction (CRVO), Coats disease, Irvine-Gass disease, after cataract surgery. Macular cystoid edema etiologic: parsplanitis, Goldman Favre, prostaglandin. Epimacular membrane can be idiopathic or secondary in Vitreal Hemorhage. Toxic maculopathy with clorochin, phenotiazine, interferon. Traumatic maculopathy are edem Berlin, choroidal tears, macular hole, Purcher retinopathy, Therson syndrome.
