摘要

Uveitis anterior (acute, chronic), intermediate uveitis (planeed pars), posterior uveitis—are an inflammation of the iris, cyliary, body, choroid. Treatment of uveitis is difficult, and often is a treatment symptomatic topic and parabulbar with mydriatic, cycloplegic, NSAID corticoid, as need systemic with corticoid, antibiotic, immunosuppresants (methotrexat, azatioprin, cyclosporin). Endophtalmidis are eye disease, affecting ocular contens, aqneous humor and vitreous body, purulent inflammation produced by exogenous infection, endogenous or metastatic. Treatment bacterial of endophtalmidis is emergency with antibiotic topic, intravitreal, systemic, vitrectomy. Is necessary treatment of complications in uveitis, cataract (surgery after reduction of inflammation), glaucoma, vitrectomy when needed.
