Pregnancy Dermatoses

Pregnancy dermatoses consist of heterogeneous group of pruritic inflammatory dermatoses that occur exclusively during pregnancy and/or in the immediate postpartum period (Himeles and Pomeranz in Obstet Gynecol 140:679–695, 2022). The following four conditions need mention among pregnancy dermatoses from primary care scenario. This chapter provides an overview of the clinical manifestations of these four conditions, the potential consequence of these conditions on the outcome of the pregnancy and their management.
