Morphology of Skin Lesions

In order to be able to diagnose dermatological diseases, knowing the descriptive terminology is useful. Also, being able to precisely describe skin lesions helps in communication among healthcare providers. Included in this chapter are description of the morphology of the skin lesions that are commonly encountered.
