The First Year

Over the last decade, there has been an influx of CEs joining the ranks of higher educationHigher education. Becoming a new faculty member can be both rewarding and stressful, as it offers the opportunity of maturing from a doctoral learner, to learning the roles and responsibilities that come with being a counselor educator.
