摘要

In today’s modern technical world, quality deals with every point of the task. Improvement will always take place in the field of development. The paper deals with process improvement methods to enhance productivity, reduce defects, ease the methodology, and save money. Various models, like Define-Measure-Analysis-Improvement-Control, are used for the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle and brainstorming analysis using know-how methods. This model has shown its strengths and limitations, and there is no judgment of wrong or right; its only purpose is to improve quality and standardize the system. The p-values have decreased from 0.266 to 0.253, improving the procedure and product satisfaction. The sigma level has also increased by achieving the new Z bentch value of 2.18 from 0.06 by reducing the DPMO values from 476,944 to 21,389.
