  • Philip Bauer

摘要

Organizational change management (OCM) stands as a critical discipline within project management, addressing the people-centric aspects of change and ensuring successful implementation of new initiatives. This chapter explores the fundamental principles, methodologies, and challenges of OCM within project environments, highlighting its pivotal role in driving organizational agility, resilience, and performance. Subsequently, the chapter navigates through the key components of OCM, including change readiness assessment, impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement. It discusses OCM frameworks and models such as the Lewin’s change management model and the Larry E. Greiner five growth phase model, elucidating their applications, benefits, and limitations in facilitating successful change adoption and sustainability.
