Theoretical Concepts: Organizational and Inequality Perspective in Education

This research project situates the analysis of the implementation of the plurilingual education program in Luxembourg at the intersection between policy and organizational research in education, as well as at the intersection of social investment and educational inequality studies. The perspective is a social science one, as implementation and the salience of inequality are key issues. The theory section will focus on two major aspects: the conceptualization of theories related to educational policy implementation and educational inequalities as a major background phenomenon of the plurilingual education policy under analysis.
